Couch to 5k
In January 2017 we both joined up for the NHS Couch to 5k programme. Although Ben has done this before we both enjoyed the weekly sessions throughout the winter leading to our frst Park Run in March.

Clocking up out park runs we did the Dusi run in South Africa with Ben's sister Ellie in May 2017
London to Brighton
Ben cycles and in 2016 took part in the London to Brighton cycle race for the British Heart Foundation.

Our joint passion is motorbikes and outside our tour of France and Belgium this year we have often taken a ride out at weekends. Solo, together or with friends.
